"Bianca Jaramillo is exceptional in customer service. I received a call from her, and I never thought I would switch my policy. Most of us tend to stick with one policy for a long time, but the way she helped and provided great quotes made all the difference. Customer service is so important these days. Many companies offer insurance but later have very rude customer care. Even after I got my policy, Bianca remained patient, not rushed, and explained everything clearly. I have a big family and friends at school who are dealing with bad insurance companies, and I’ve referred them to her. Even my brother, who has been handling our family’s insurance needs for years, was impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding customer care. "I had an opportunity to speak with Lonnie Valdez earlier today about changes to my current auto insurance policy. Lonnie was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, one by one. Lonnie is probably one of the best agents I've spoken with at State Farm. Even though I got a rate increase, she was able to help me manage some other insurance products which helped me minimize the impact of the rate increase. After speaking with her, I was aware of the changes that impacted my policy and felt that my insurance needs were in good hands. Agents like Lonnie is a big reason why I always want to stay with State Farm. "I am in the process of moving into a new apartment which typically can be quite a stressful experience! My new apartment asks that each new tenant obtain renter's insurance before moving in, therefore I contacted State Farm for the first time. I have been working with Leidy who is lovely and very professional. The process of setting up renter's insurance has been such a breeze and also an affordable experience as well. "I usually do not give out 5-star reviews because I always believe there is room for improvement, however, Alexis Brown of Staten Island State Farm went above and beyond exceptional customer service, restoring my faith in customer service! Something her ex-coworker, Thomas, almost destroyed. I am so appreciative that she chose to reach out to her superiors to help me instead of dismissing me.
